What actually happens

You talk for about ten minutes
What you sell, who buys it, what a customer is worth, and what you have already tried. We ask specific questions; you will not be pitched during this part.
We look at the real thing
Your landing page, and your ad account if you have one. Screen shared, live. This is usually where the surprise is — most accounts are optimizing toward the wrong conversion.
You get the actual recommendation
Which channel to start on, roughly what budget it takes to be a real test, and what we would fix first. Including, sometimes, that you should not hire an agency yet.

Bring these three things

What a customer is worth. First sale or lifetime value — whichever number you actually run the business on.
What you can commit monthly to ad budget. A range is fine. This is the money that goes to Google and Meta, separate from our fee.
Access to your ad account, if you have one. Read-only is enough. Without it we are guessing.

Do not have all three? Book anyway — we will work with what you have.
