Privacy policy and your privacy choices

Last updated: August 6, 2026

This explains what we collect on reytermarketing.com, why, who else sees it, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If you want to change your cookie setting right now, jump to your privacy choices.

1. Who we are

Reyter — a digital marketing agency serving businesses across the United States, operating fully remotely. Contact: gabriel.facenda.bueno@gmail.com.

The legal entity responsible for this data. Reyter is a Brazilian-registered business operating remotely. If you need the registered entity name and number — for a data request, a vendor security review or your own compliance file — email us and we will send it.

2. What we collect

Two kinds of data: what you type, and what your browser reports.

What you type. If you complete the six-question plan builder on this site, we collect:

  • Your name and work email — required, because that is where the plan goes.
  • Your phone number and company website — both optional. Leaving them blank does not block anything.
  • Your six answers — your main goal, whether you are already running ads, your monthly ad budget range, what a customer is worth to you, the state of your website, and whether you care about organic and AI visibility.
  • The plan and build we recommended to you, so the reply matches what you saw.

If you book a call, Calendly collects the name, email and any answers you give in its own form.

What your browser reports. Alongside a submission we record the page URL and page title you were on, where you entered the flow from, and a timestamp. We also store a GCLID (or its Meta and YouTube equivalents) when you arrive from an ad — that is the click identifier Google puts in the URL, and it is what lets us tell Google which ad actually produced a real customer instead of a form fill. It is kept in your browser for up to 90 days.

Separately, Google Analytics collects standard analytics data: pages viewed, approximate location inferred from IP, device and browser type, referring source, time on page, and interactions like button clicks and calculator use. That is subject to your cookie choice below.

We do not collect payment details on this site, and we never ask for them in a form.

3. Why we collect it

  • To reply to you with the plan you asked for, and to follow up once if we do not hear back. There is no 14-email sequence.
  • To prepare a useful call — knowing your budget and customer value before we talk is the difference between a working call and a discovery call.
  • To run and improve this site — which pages work, where people leave, what confuses them.
  • To measure our own advertising — so we know which ads produce clients rather than clicks. This is the part that depends on your consent choice.

4. Who else sees it

Only the services we need to operate. We do not sell your data, we do not rent lists, and we do not pass your contact details to other agencies or partners.

  • Google Analytics — site measurement.
  • Google Ads — conversion measurement and remarketing. When you submit the form, your name, email and phone are passed to Google's tag, which hashes them in your browser before sending. Google uses the hash to match a conversion to an ad click; it does not receive the plain values from us.
  • Calendly — scheduling, when you book a call. Handled under Calendly's own privacy policy.
  • Google Sheets and Google Apps Script — where submitted leads are stored, in a spreadsheet controlled by Reyter.
  • Vercel — hosting for this site.

Each of these processes data under its own privacy terms. Nothing goes anywhere outside that list.

5. Cookies and how our consent setup actually works

We would rather explain this honestly than hide it behind a banner. This site uses Google Consent Mode v2 with two different defaults, based on where you are:

  • If you are in the United States — analytics storage and ads storage default to granted. Measurement runs from your first page view, and you can switch it off at any time using the buttons below. US privacy law is built around opt-out, and this is that model.
  • If you are in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland or Brazil — analytics storage and ads storage default to denied. Nothing measurement-related runs until you actively allow it, because those laws are built around opt-in.

Either way, your choice is stored locally in your own browser and applied on every page. Strictly necessary things — loading the page, remembering that you already saw a popup — do not depend on consent.

6. Your privacy choices

These buttons take effect immediately, on this browser. Use the first one if you do not want your visit measured or used for advertising; use the second to turn measurement back on.

Checking your current setting…

Do we sell your data? No. We have never sold or rented personal information for money. But under California law, using advertising cookies to measure and retarget can count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising — so we give you the button rather than argue about the definition. Choosing the first option turns that off here.

Because the setting lives in your browser's local storage, clearing your browser data will reset it, and you will need to set it again on other browsers or devices. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, treat this page as the place to make the choice explicit as well.

7. If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect about you, where it came from, why we collect it, and who we disclose it to.
  • Delete the personal information we hold about you, with the narrow exceptions the law allows.
  • Correct personal information that is inaccurate.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — the first button above, or by email.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We do not charge different prices, withhold service, or reply more slowly because you asked.

We do not knowingly collect or process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request; we will ask for reasonable proof of authorization.

8. If you are in the EEA or the UK (GDPR)

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time — withdrawing does not affect processing that already happened. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Our legal bases: consent for analytics and advertising cookies; legitimate interest in operating and improving the site and replying to business enquiries; and steps taken at your request before entering a contract when you ask us for a plan or book a call.

International transfers. Reyter operates from Brazil and uses US-based service providers — Google, Calendly and Vercel — so data about EEA and UK visitors is processed outside your country. Each of those providers maintains its own transfer safeguards under its published data processing terms. If you need the specific mechanism documented for a compliance review, email us and we will provide it.

9. How long we keep things

  • Lead submissions (name, email, phone, website, your six answers): up to 2 years after our last contact, or for as long as you are a client plus the period we need for our records.
  • GCLID and your consent choice: stored in your own browser. The click identifier expires after 90 days; the consent choice stays until you change it or clear your browser data.
  • Analytics data: retained per the platform defaults — Google Analytics 14 months, Google Ads up to 540 days.
  • Calendly booking records: kept while the booking is relevant and per Calendly's own retention settings.

10. How to make a request

Email gabriel.facenda.bueno@gmail.com with what you want — access, deletion, correction, or opt-out — and the email address you used on the site, so we can find your record. A subject line of “Privacy request” is enough.

We reply within 15 days and complete the request within 45 days, or tell you why we need longer. We may ask a question or two to confirm you are who you say you are; we will not ask for more information than is needed to do that.

Why email and not a phone number. Reyter operates exclusively online and deals with you directly, so email is the request channel. If you need something on letterhead for a compliance file, ask and we will send it.

11. Children

This service sells marketing to businesses. It is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we learn we have, we delete it. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will remove it.

12. Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, restrict access to the internal spreadsheet where leads are stored, and pass identifiers to Google in hashed form rather than plain text. No system is perfectly secure. If an incident affects your data, we act on it and notify the people affected as the law requires.

13. Changes to this policy

We update this page as the site changes. The date at the top is the last revision. Material changes will be flagged on the site rather than slipped in quietly.
